Ordering
E-Commerce orders are processed daily and shipments made within 10 working days from FireKing factory.
Our FAX lines are open 24 hours every day for special orders or inquiry.
• All Special Orders must be confirmed in writing.
• All Special Order cancellations must be confirmed in writing within 3 working days of order date.

Color Disclaimer
Due to the inconsistencies of various computer monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may not depict an accurate reproduction of the actual swatch color. We color correct each scan as accurately as possible. If color is critical for you we can supply actual swatch sample when requested.

Returns
Will be accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be approved and authorized by Fire Proof Fire Files customer service. Acceptance of return merchandise is subject to inspection and a re-stock charge of 20% of the invoice product amount. In the event that returned products are not intact with original carton & fillers and/or the products have been tampered with, we reserve the right to return the goods, and/or credit salvage value of the product.

• All Return Authorizations are VOIDED 30 days after issue.
• All fillers and packing must be intact. We cannot resell product that is not in the original factory carton and packing.
• Concealed damaged goods must be reported to us within 20 days.
• Public carriers assume all responsibility for damages. Check your order before you sign for it.
• All Special Orders are not returnable or refundable.
